Description

Roasted Salmon - roast a side of salmon that is used with Sweet Melao Artisanal sweetener that elevates the flavor of salmon with a crusted brown top.

Ingredients

  • 1 (4-pound) skin-on side of salmon, pinbones removed and belly fat trimmed
  • Kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons of Sweet Melao Raw Sugarcane Honey
  • Lemon wedges
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1 (4-pound) skin-on side of salmon, pinbones removed and belly fat trimmed
  2. Sprinkle Kosher Salt on Salmon, Refridgerate 1 to 4 hours
  3. Remove Salmon from Refridgerator & Pat dry with paper towel
  4. Preheat oven to 250, after preheating set temperature to Broil
  5. Line a rack with some foil and spray with vegatable oil
  6. Place Salmon on foil rack
  7. Brush Salmon with with Sugar Cane Honey
  8. Sprinkle with Black Pepper
  9. Broil 8 to 12 minutes and rotate salmon halfway thru cooking proces
  10. Turn Heat down to 250
  11. Cook 10 to 15 minutes longer, Rotate Salmon halfway in cooking process
  12. if Salmon gets to dark, place a piece of foil over it
  13. Remove from Oven
  14. Squeeze Lemon Juice Over top
  15. Enjoy
